putting/adding 3rd job skills

like my guillotine cross, i cant put any 3rd class skills.. it says "you must consume all 'insert number here' remaining points in your 2nd tab. 1st tab is already done"

even i already have my 1st, 2nd, and transcendent skills..

only guillotine cross?or all the 3rd jobs?it's just you or?

ALL classes.. well, it depends if the character consumed all skill points at 150jlevel, he/she can use 3rd job skills..
but, because if there are points that is not consumed (got all skills at this point), it will mess up and cannot allow you to put 3rd job skills, even u use the skill remover npc..

ex. i have remaining 10 skillpoints (unused) and i already have my skills (1st,2nd and transcendent), and i changed into a 3rd class.. and at this moment i tried to put a 3rdjob skill.. a message in the chatbox will appear:

"you must consume all '10' remaining points in your 2nd tab. 1st tab is already done"
