Jumper Event

every time i found him nothing happens..
i caught him 3 times..
i sit beside him and said:
"i found you"
"Jumper#"
and also the name of the mob he was disguised into..

also.. the time given isn't enough to find him..
maybe it only take about 20-30 seconds then no one wins the event.. >_>

and it's endless! >_>
