cloth color and patcher Empty cloth color and patcher

On some players, the cloth colors are already working.. but not on mine.. i tried to patch, but everytime i patch my simplyRO.. (i think the file name is "1103..blahblah") like that..

after patching, i cant connect to the server.. Question
