missing npcs?

these are what i think the missing/lacking custom npcs in the server:

-story line quests npc
-custom side quests npc
-god item quest (UBER HARD QUEST)
-Coin-Zeny (vice versa) NPC
-New Warper Npc (including dungeon/field levels.. and renewal maps.. also woe maps)
-WoE sched npc
-TCG shop npc (non-custom)
-Baby Job Changer npc
-Freebie Shop (for novices only. provide a custom item: upper and lower gear. with good effect)
-Stylist npc (we already have one, but is it bugged? it only have like 10 cloth color available.. and when used by 3rd classes, cloth color is messed)
-Automated Event npcs:
dice event
kill the poring event
disguise event
novice vs zombies event
-Pvp ladder npc (we had one ryt? where's the npc now?)
-emperium break test
-feelreset+hatred reset npc (for star gladiator)
