the NPC says that i can trade 20 skulls to a balloon hat..
but when i tried to exchange it with him/her, this is the result..

also, change the name of "white drooping hat" in the npc.. supposedly it's dropping white CAT..

i believe this is fixed. 
Changed to dropping white "CAT".
