Comet Cool Down Empty Comet Cool Down

Could somebody check the cool-down of the Comet skill? It says 6 seconds but it actually takes minutes before it can be used again. Thanks.

14 Feb - I checked the description of the Comet skill cool down & it now says 17 secs. Tested it again and it took 51 secs to be able to use it again. Just an FYI so this matter can be resolved. Thanks.
