some of its bonuses will only apply if u cast some sort of any magic.. (turn ur effects on, and if u see a "sacrament" animation above ur character, that's it.. u'll now have the -50%cast time and its other effects)
-just keep spamming magic til it get activated..


-sacrament (archbishop skill.. look on its visual effect)

That's probably true.. But an issila card should give you +30 flee. Doesn't happen. Last time I checked though, which was about 12hrs ago. Still waiting to get fixed. No rush really. At least for me.
