Error in changing from High Archer to Sniper

Hello! I'm a new player at SimplyRO. Yesterday when I tried to change jobs from High Archer to Sniper at the Job Master (base level 76, job level 56), I was unable to, because my skill points are not used up. However, I can't use up my remaining points because there are no more skills left to be learned. Would appreciate anyone's help in solving this, thanks!

If you stand in just under the 3rd job class master, there is an NPC called "Skill Remover". Talk to him to remove whats left. Here's a "diagram"

Now here's another little glitch. When you get skill points for your 3rd job, if you get a message saying you still have skills in your 2nd job class to use or something, thats okay. You cant use your new skills for awhile. Wait until you get to 255/150 as a 3rd job. When you do, there's a couple NPC's over from the Skill Remover called "Skill Fixer". Talk to her and she gives you allllllll your skills ^_^. Just wait until that level if you get that error message.
