Build Sets Error? Empty Build Sets Error?

The description of the strength set says that it can be equipped by all jobs. But for novices, only the elven ears are equip-able. I didn't get the chance to test all the sets but I know that the AGI set is novice-friendly. Not sure about the elementals. Please check when you get time. Tnx...
