Endless tower bugged

today with my friends try to do the endless tower quest, it was everything going ok but when we got to the second mvp some of us could cross the portal and others couldnt... when they relog to continue it occured the same, the portal disappeared and they got stacked on that floor
We are endless tower fans (and we like to do some other quests), that's why we play ro... mostly, the server it's really good in our opinions and its boring to start looking for another one of our like.... we dont want to move out xD, so please would someone arrange the endless quest (and the stylist xD)
