Having Problems logging in?

Scenarios:
1. Clicked the SimplyRO patcher but it say's i "Failed to communicate with the server".
-Answer:
Open your SimplyRO folder and look for the gray icon called "SimplyRO.exe". Simply Click and then log in.
2. Everytime i go to prontera i'm having this weird errors.
-Answer:
You're probably using a mixRO folder. Means you have other RO in that folder which gives you an errors. Else you're using Sakray. Which is outdated and not fully supported by our client.
